James Griffith Mart

James Griffith Mart, age 66 passed away at East Jefferson General Hospital on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Husband of Ellen Erdal Mart. Father of Ashley, Rebecca and Sarah Mart. Son of Frank P. Mart and the late Dorothy Griffith Mart. Brother of Diane Hudson (Eddie), Frankie Arceneaux and Janeen M. Prestenback. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Mr. Mart was a native and lifelong resident of the New Orleans area and member of the Holy Name Society at St. Christopher the Martyr Church.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service from St. Christopher the Martyr Catholic Church, 309 Manson Ave., Metairie, LA on Saturday, January 4, 2013 at 12:00 Noon, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.
