John K. Klapatch

John Klapatch, Jr., age 67, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013. Devoted father of Crystal Klapatch. Brother of David Klapatch (Kathy). Son of the late Rudolph and Irene Dell. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

John retired from Textron Marine and Land after 40 years as a welder.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff and nurses at Canon Hospice for their care of John.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in John’s name to Canon Hospice, 1221 S. Clearview Parkway, Jefferson, LA 70121.
