Jose Ricardo Enriquez

Jose Ricardo Enriquez passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017. He was 93 years old. Beloved husband of the late Olivia Munguia Enriquez. Loving father of Armida O. Barrera (Jorge) and Mayra E. Timberlake (Keith). Grandfather of Raquel L. Redard (Dan). Also survived by his siblings and numerous nieces and nephews. Jose was a native of Comayagua, Honduras and had resided in the New Orleans area for over 63 years. He first worked for the United Fruit Company in Tela, Honduras and retired from the New Orleans shipping industry after many years of service. Jose was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and was involved in many social organizations. He will be deeply missed by his daughters, granddaughter, and extended family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass from DIVINE MERCY, 4337 Sal Lentini Boulevard, Kenner, on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 10:30.
