Joycelyn Baiamonte Dozier

Joycelyn Baiamonte Dozier, age 85, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late James Roy Dozier. Loving mother of Char Bouillion (Harold), Lori Vinsanau (Mark) and the late Ernest Labardin, Jr. Grandmother of Cassie Bouillion, Jessica Vinsanau Buras (Adam), Michelle Vinsanau, and Amber and Chandler Labardin. Daughter of the late Frank C Baiamonte, Sr and the late Elda Alvarez. Sister of the late Frank C Baiamonte, Jr. A special thanks to the staff at Poydras Home and St. Catherine’s Hospice. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 11:00am on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at St Philip Neri, 6500 Kawanee Ave, Metairie, LA. Visitation will begin at 9:00am.Inurnment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joycelyn’s name to the American Cancer Society.
