Karen K. Dick

Karen K. Dick passed on June 7, 2026, at the age of 65. Karen was a resident of Abbeville, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her parents, the late John A. Krecek, her mother, Violet Demunnick Krecek, and her loving husband, Robert Dick III.

She is survived by her four children, Karen Cawyer (Jonathan), Robert Dick (Bridie), Cornelius Dick (Theresa) and Shane Dick, grandchildren, Cody Dick, Alyssa Bovie Cawyer, Destiny Cawyer, Hannah Cawyer, Shane Dick, Jr., Violet Dick, Cornelius Dick, Jr., Katelynne Dick, Kathryn Grindle (Jeffery), Robyn Dick, Isabell Dick, Angelina Dick, Hailie Dick, Robert Dick, Jr., Joseph Dick and John Dick, great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Grindle, Kaidyn Grindle, and Alex Grindle, her siblings, Carol Krecek O'Donahue, and David Krecek, along with numerous nieces and a nephew.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the New Covenant Fellowship Church, 3810 Power Blvd., Kenner, Louisiana.
