Kathleen Ann Stanley Arntz, age 66, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice Morlier Stanley and Dean Stanley, and her devoted husband, Harold Ingolf Arntz. She is survived by daughter, Kristina Marie Arntz, brother, Stewart Stanley, and a host of cousins, grandnieces, and grandnephews. “Kathy” was a 1968 graduate of John McDonogh Senior High and a 1972 graduate of LSUNO. She was retired from the Orleans Parish School System after 36 years of teaching. Kathy loved swimming, playing table tennis, taking classes at the People Program, and always enjoyed eating out. She was devoted to her profession, her friends, and her family. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to the celebration of Kathy’s life at LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 10:00 until 1:00.
