Kathleen Hutton Morrison

Kathleen Hutton Morrison, age 92 of Metairie, LA, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026. Kathleen was born in New Orleans, LA on October 24, 1933, to Robert and Mary Levins Hutton. She graduated from Metairie High School and attended Soule Business College in New Orleans. Kathleen began her career with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and retired after many years of dedicated service as the Regional Director of Operations. Kathleen was a former parishioner of St. Anselm Catholic Church in Madisonville, LA.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Holmes Morrison; her parents, Robert and Mary Hutton; and her sisters, Janice Hutton Piazza and Joyce Hutton Cuber.

Survivors include her loving daughter, Melissa Aymami McGrane and her husband Mitchell; and her grandchildren, Madison and Michael McGrane.

The family would like to thank the staff of Peristyle Jefferson II and Hospice Specialists of Louisiana for their love and support throughout this time.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, Metairie, LA on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow mass in Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
