Lavinia "Lee" Berniard

Lavinia “Lee” Berniard, age 80, passed away on April 24, 2010. Loving mother of Edwina O’Flynn (Michael) and Conrad Berniard (Kathleen). Grandmother of Michael O’Flynn, Jr., Michelle O’Flynn, Holly O. Johnston (Chris), Christina Berniard, Elizabeth B. Peralta (Clinton), Anna Berniard and the late Sean David O’Flynn. Great-grandmother of Sean Michael O'Flynn, Alexander O'Flynn, Cheyenne Johnston, Lance Johnston and Macie Leigh Berniard. Sister of the late Al Upton, Katherine Stahel, Ellen Galiano, Elaine Krause. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was an active member of the Keenagers and Hilltopers and also a parishioner of St. Mary Madgalen. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 7:00 pm. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until Mass time. Arrangements by Garden of Memories Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Greater New Orleans Autism Society, Chapter 168.
