Lawrence Joseph Butler, Sr., passed away on August 27, 2011 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Margaret Mitchell Butler. Father of Angela Hasselbeck (Steve), Joseph Baroni (Nicole), Rae Lahman (Mile), and Lawrence Butler, Jr. Grandfather of Jennifer Hasselbeck, Caitlin, Jacob, Sophia and Matthew Baroni, Tiffany Lahman Ava’Lallemant and Chad Lahman. Son of the late Myrtle Kelly Butler and John Kenneth Butler. Brother of the late Mary Humphreys, Catherine Tardo, J. Kenneth Butler and Michael Butler. Retired from Siemens Industries and a member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local #60.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 12 noon.
