Leroy Gilbert

Proceeded in death by his parents Marcel and Orelia Benoit Gilbert, brothers, Raliegh and Leo Gilbert, and son-in-law Lonnie J. Riche’.

Survived by his wife of 68 years, Rosalie Danna Gilbert, daughter, Jacqueline Riche’, son, Thomas A. Gilbert, 3-brothers, Hillard (Dot), Winfred (Millie), Johnny (Mary), a sister, Betty Comeaux (Errol), 2-granddaughters, Brigitte Rener (Pablo) and Stephanie Kavanaugh (Jesse), 1-great grandchild, Presley and many nieces and nephews. Leroy was a resident of Kenner, Louisiana since 1956, a World War II Army Veteran, and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers 130.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at LEITZ-EAGAN Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, Louisiana 70006 on Friday November 13, 2015 at 1:00pm In the Leitz-Eagan Chapel.
