She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Angelo Barrera, son, Kevin Barrera, parents, Adam David Clouate and Marjorie Tastet Mixon, and brothers, Bruce Clouate and David Clouate.
She is survived by her son, Angelo G. Barrera, his wife, Tara, and her 4 beautiful grandchildren.
Linda graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1966 and kept in contact with her class friends over the last 58 years. She worked for American Water Tech for 40 years and was very dedicated to her job until her retirement in 2018. Linda loved her children and grandchildren very much, she also had a great love for her boxer dogs. She always opened her home to everyone and she will be missed by many.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Leitz Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Metairie, LA. Visitation will be from 9 AM – 11 AM with a service to begin at 11 AM.
