Lois Castillion Hayes, age 77, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2011. Loving mother of John and Donald Pendergrass. Grandmother of ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬Jennifer, Brooke and John Jr. Great grandmother of Steven, Gianna and Christopher. Daughter of the late Odile and Paul S. Castillion. Sister of Paul R. Castillion. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Mrs. Hayes was a direct descendent of John Baptiste Castillion. She will forever be affectionately known as the Rose Lady of the French Quarter. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her.
