Aunt Louise's spirit was powerful and special and there is no doubt she touched all she knew in a special way! My first time meeting her at a family function was to call me over to her and say," Finally someone as short as me, pay no attention to these amazons." She brought laughter into our lives and we will miss her much. Our prayers go out to all the family for peace and comfort in your hearts and joy in her love for you.

My condolences to Louise's family. My family and Louise's knew each other quite well growing up. When I became a teenager, I baby-sat Peter, Frank and Diane many times. Even tho I have not seen any of you in quite a long time, I have very happy memories of time spent with you, and I share in your sadness at this time. My love to all of you; I wish I could be there Monday for the wake and funeral, but unfortunately I have an appointment I cannot cancel. Again, much love to all of you.

A few years back I was in New Orleans with my girlfriend and having dinner at the Quarterdeck in Metairie. I said to her that lady looks like my aunt Louise. So the lady was coming by and she thought she recognized me too. We had a short conversation like it was her, but it turned out it wasn't her. I hadn't seen aunt Louise in such a long time but I swear she has a double. It was good to see her two years ago when I visited and we all met at Golden Corral.
I enjoyed aunt Louise's candor and colorful personality over my younger years when the families got together. RIP aunt Louise.
