Lynn Elizabeth Reeves

Lynn Elizabeth Reeves died peacefully on November 01, 2016 surrounded in love by her family and family of friends. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Wilson and Happy Reeves. She leaves behind her wife, Laura Vagianos, daughter Sophie Lynn Reeves Vagianos, and her beloved pets. She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Kay and Russell Richard, Paul and Patti Reeves, John and Barbie Vagianos, Jean Reeves and Rebecca Stilling; nieces and nephews Tiffany, Scott, Julia and Paul Burke, Travis, Tricia, Logan and Dylan Reeves, Matthew Richard, Stiliani, Stacy and Tala Revere, Isabella Icamina, Julie Vagianos, Kip Cullen, Haiden Bowling, and Reid Jackson; and, her family of friends, too numerous to count.

Lynn dedicated her life’s work to families of and children with special needs. Lynn leaves a hole in the hearts of all who knew her. She touched the lives of so many. Everyone who knew her was warmed by her welcoming smile and a hug. If you were lucky enough, you've heard her infectious laugh more than once.

Lynn was a warrior and a fighter. She battled breast cancer with grace and courage for 2 years. She was an inspiration to so many of her fellow warriors, survivors, and caregivers. She left us far too soon at just 62 years old.

Please join us in a celebration on Saturday, November 05, 2016 at 10:00 am, Our Lady of The Rosary Catholic Church, 1322 Moss St., New Orleans, Louisiana 70119.
