Mercedes "Dee" Parr Lindberg

Mercedes "Dee" Parr Lindberg, age 87, entered into eternal rest with her loving son by her side on Sunday, December 26, 2021. Beloved wife of 52 years to the late Roy Clarence Lindberg. Mother of Roy Charles Lindberg and the late Randy Phillip Lindberg. Daughter of the late Eugenia Parr and Albert Parr, Sr. Sister of the late Irma Burgess, Lucille Gonzales, Amelia Thomas, Edward Parr, Albert Parr, Robert Parr and Eugene Parr. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Dee was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Kenner, LA for the past 61 years where she was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Dee was a very devoted wife and mother and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Tuesday evening, January 4, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 beginning at 10:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 1:00 PM. Interment will be in Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 in New Orleans, LA.
