Michael Dugas, age 64, passed away on Sunday May 5, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Deborah Dugas. Loving father of Jennifer Dugas (Louis Graff), April Cannon (Melanie Palmer), James Ranna, Jr. Proud Pa-Pa of Justin Dugas, Nicholas Graff, Cory and Amber Cannon. Great grandfather of Brayden Cannon. Son of Veanie Dugas and the late J.W. Dugas. Loving brother of J.W. Dugas Jr., Ronnie Dugas, Muriel Desselle, Susan Dureau and the late Joann Gaudet. Also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous friends. As a United States Marine, Michael served in the Vietnam War. Michael was an employee for Daybrook Fisheries Inc. in Empire, Louisiana. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie on Saturday May 11, 2013 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
