Minnie Lee Dozert

Minnie Lee Dozert, Sunrise May 25, 1919 – Sunset May 10, 2013 at 9:16 PM peacefully at Chateau Living Center. Mrs. Dozert was a native of Ball, LA. Beloved wife of the late Ernest L. Dozert. She is survived by two children, Billie D. Riche (A.J.) and Albert L. Dozert (Paulette); four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren and another expected and one sister, Bettie Mae Balke of Midland, TX. Preceded in death by two sisters and seven brothers. Daughter of the late Noah Walter Malone and Della R. Gamel Malone. We now have a team of angels (Mama and Daddy) watching over us with Our Lord. Mrs. Dozert’s family would like to extend a special thank you to her friends and caretakers at Chateau Living Center and would love all of you to come and be with Mama and us. She loved you all. Special thanks also to friends and church family for their prayers. Visitation will be at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 beginning at 9:00 AM with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
