Muriel Maas Newman, age 92, passed away on Friday May 31, 2013.The much loved wife of the late Edward J. Newman. Dear friend of Sheena Mannina, Sherri Mannina, Terrie Pardo Mannina, Kimberly Cureau Couch, Kelly Cureau Richards and Nita Cureau. Preceded in death by her parents, May Sanders Maas and Otto Maas. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Leitz- Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, Louisiana on Wednesday June 5th, 2013 with services to follow at 11:00 a.m..
