Odette Lydia Marquez

Odette Lydia Payne Marquez passed away in Tamarac, FL on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 68 years old. Loving mother of Raymond Marquez and wife, Geraldine, and Veronica Marquez. Devoted grandmother of Mia and Alex Marquez. Daughter of the late James and Leona Payne. Beloved sister of Judy Payne. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.

A native of Belize City, Belize, a resident of New Orleans, LA for 59 years and a current resident of Margate, FL. Odette was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy and Soulè Business College and pursued a secretarial career.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until mass time. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
