Patricia Quoyeser Gross, 81, died on September 5. She was born to the late Clement and Rose Quoyeser, April 25, 1933, Lafayette, LA. Patricia graduated from Mt. Carmel High School, Lafayette, LA, 1951 and received a BS in Education from Louisiana State University - Lafayette, 1955. She married the late Ronald Gross Sr. in 1955 and together they resided in Metairie, LA. Patricia (Patsy) was a fifth-grade teacher at St. Mary Magdalen School retiring in 1994 after teaching multiple generations of children. She enjoyed playing bridge with friends, gardening and travel. She is also preceded in death by brothers, Thomas and Camille Quoyeser and son, Ronald Gross Jr. Patricia is survived by her daughters, Catherine Gross and Donna Doran; grandchildren, Sean and Kathleen Doran; brother, Bradley (Beverly) Quoyeser; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on September 20 at 11:00 am at the St. Mary Magdalen Chapel with a funeral mass at 12:00 noon.
