Patricia V. West

Patricia V. West departed this life on Friday, January 26, 2024, at the age of 76. She was the beloved wife of the late Milton R West, Jr. and the mother of Milton R. West III (Tina) and Rebecca W. Busher (Steven).

She was the grandmother of Stephanie (Nicolas), Elizabeth, Hannah, Katelyn, and Meghan and the great- grandmother of Jade and Stevie. Daughter of the late Dorris and Elrose Vidrine. Sister of Wayne, Janice, Eldon, Darlene, Bruce, Karen, Robert, Dorris Jr, Michelle and the late Brian and Pamela.

Patricia will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, friends and neighbors.

She was a resident of Kenner and a retiree of the Jefferson Parish School Board. She was active in the Catholic church and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, the Red Hat Society and the Golden Age Club. Her hobbies included traveling, cooking, dancing and especially spending time with family and friends.

Visitation for Patricia will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 2402 33rd Street, Kenner, LA. A Funeral Mass will follow at 1:00 PM.

She will be laid to rest with her husband in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, 11316 River Road in St. Rose, LA.
