Paul Carlos Tallman

Paul was born on November 12th, 1962 and grew up in River Ridge. He was a graduate from Archbishop Rummel High School. Paul was a long time resident of Destrehan.

Paul spent a 40-year career in the freight industry, including as the owner of a trucking and a freight forwarding business. He was a hard worker, and he loved helping everyone in his life. When he passed, Paul was enjoying a quiet retirement, spending time with family and reading about history. He loved joking and conversations with anyone he met. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Paul is survived by his wife of 36 years, Elaine Tallman; his two sons Jared Tallman and Jon Tallman; his beloved step-son Darren Territa; his two grandchildren Emilee Territa and Drew Territa; his mother Julia Tallman; his brother Steve Tallman; and many cherished nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Clifford Tallman and his sister Donna Tallman.
