Paula Jean Navis Coker

Paula Jean Navis Coker passed away at the age of 49 on Sunday, March 11, 2012. Devoted mother of Melinda Coker, Frank Coker and Eric Shubert. Loving grandmother of Jesse Kieff. Daughter of Craig Navis, Sr. (Susan) and Wanzie Taylor (Glenn). Sister of Sherri Navis, Melinda “Cindy” Lauland (Charles, III), Tony Navis, Curtis Navis (Nina) and the late Wanda Buras. Stepsister of Matthew and Clay Taylor. Aunt of Dawn Evans, Brandy Lauland, Jessica Lauland, Charles Lauland IV and Eric Buras. Longtime friend of Sandy Sinopli, Jeannie Stapler and Jody Williams. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.

A native of New Orleans, LA and long time resident of Jefferson Parish.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA, on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
