Ramon Antonio Rodriguez Madarnaz passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. He was 81 years old and born in Havana, Cuba. Beloved husband of Aida Rodriguez. Father of Iliana Rodriguez, Maria Sandra R. Valera, and Dayriana Rodriguez. Grandfather of Gabriel Valera and Adrian Valera. Son of the late Egidio Rodriguez Vazquez and Celsa Madarnaz Lebozo. In Cuba, Ramon worked as a Chef for the Havana Hilton and maintained the Chateau Dijon Apartments in Metairie for over 35 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Thursday afternoon, December 28, 2017 at 1:00. Visitation will be held from 9:00 in the morning until Mass time. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park, New Orleans.
