A proud graduate of Mount Carmel Academy, Class of 1986, Renée spent many years working as a bartender and manager at D'Antoni's Seafood Restaurant, Melius Bar & Café, and Lots of Luck Bar. Her outgoing personality, quick wit, and genuine kindness earned her countless friendships with coworkers, customers, and everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.
Renée was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Marlene Gildig Boudreaux.
She is lovingly remembered by her father, Hector Boudreaux; her sister, Nicole Boudreaux Meyer (Murphy Martin); her nieces, Brooke Meyer Lirette (Phillip) and Marleigh Martin; her great-nephew, Noah Lirette; her boyfriend, Chadwick Tobler; her cherished dog, Kayla; and many beloved cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Renée never met a stranger. She was known for her larger-than-life personality, infectious sense of humor, and remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcome. Her beautiful green eyes reflected the kindness, compassion, and love she carried in her heart. Fiercely devoted to her family, she loved deeply and protected those she loved without hesitation.
A big kid at heart, Renée never lost her childlike spirit and could always be counted on to turn an ordinary day into an unforgettable memory. Some of her greatest joys were spending time with Marleigh, Noah, and Chad's nephews and niece, Jack, Luke, Maddux, and Juliette, laughing, playing, and filling their lives with love and happiness.
Whether you knew Renée for a lifetime or only a brief moment, she had a gift for making people feel like family. Her laughter was contagious, her heart was generous, and her kindness left an imprint on everyone she met. Those fortunate enough to know and love her will forever remember her joyful spirit, unwavering loyalty, and the happiness she brought wherever she went. Her memory will forever be a blessing, and the love she shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
