Richard Grady Thomas, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the age of 46. He was born in New Orleans and lived in River Ridge and was currently attending Delgado Community College for nursing. Father of Anthony Michael Thomas and the late Ashley Elizabeth Thomas. Beloved son of May Rose Scamardo Wool and Richard Grady Thomas Sr. Brother of Lisa Thomas Lafourcade and Angela Wool Waltz and the late Carlo Joseph Thomas. Grandfather of Tripp Michael Thomas. Uncle of Jordan Thomas, Julia Thomas and Carson Waltz. Best friend and companion of Bonnie Manning.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 11:00 am at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
