Roberto Osorno, age 69, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2011. Beloved husband of Silvia Osorno. Father of Rosa Morales and the late Humberto Osorno. Father of Gloria Craige (Bruce) and Yadira Dibise (David). Brother of Gloria Villemont, Juanita Varela (Jugo), David Osorno (Mary) and Helana Osorno. Grandfather of Roberto (Ivy), Derrick, Harry (Ashley) and Joaquin Mayorga and Anthony Dibise. Also survived by 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A native of Granada, Nicaragua and a resident of Metairie, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie on Wednesday February 16, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Interment in St. John Cemetery, Laplace, LA.
