Roger H. Cull Jr.

Roger Henry Cull Jr entered peacefully into Heaven on Friday November 26th, 2021 at the age of 64. He was the beloved husband of Nancy Cull. Father to Bobbi-Kay, Matthew, and Nikki Cull and step father to Katie Konecki (Matt). He was the son of Luella Cull and the late Roger Cull Sr. He is also survived by his sister Susan Hill (Robert), brother Scott Cull, and sister Cindy Sanders (Paul). He was the beloved Peepops to Vince, Dominic, and Joey Konecki. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. Roger grew up in Lisle, Illinois. He worked as an excavator and contractor in Illinois for many years. After hurricane Katrina in 2005, he relocated to New Orleans and began helping with the cleanup of the disaster. Roger was a man of God which lead to many charitable projects and the development of an abundance of close relationships. He enjoyed spending time with his grandsons, playing volleyball, riding motorcycles, sharing his gift of carpentry with the community, and loving on his precious min pins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Tuesday November 30th at Lake Vista Methodist Church, 6645 Spanish Fort Blvd, New Orleans, LA. The visitation will begin at 9:00am followed by an 11:00am service. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Bethel Colony South Men’s Transformation Ministry, New Orleans, LA.
