Ronald J. Boudreaux

Ronald J. Boudreaux, Sr. passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013 at the age of 77.Beloved father of Patsy Russell, Judy Patureau Knight (Ed) and Ronnie Boudreaux, Jr. Son of the late Effie Pitre and Cyrus Boudreaux. Brother of Kermit Boudreaux (Eva), Bobby Boudreaux (Susie), Marion Prevost and Velda Kaye Chiasson (Mike). Grandfather of Carrie Scales, Brian Patureau and Jeffrey Patureau. Great grandfather of Blaine Rocha, Carson Patureau and Molly Rose Scales. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many other family members. Ronnie was born and raised in Opelousas and resided in Harahan for 50 years. He retired from New Orleans Public Belt Railroad after 37 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
