Rosabel Faith Richard Miller

Rosabel Faith Richard Miller passed away peacefully in her home on Friday morning, October 16, 2015. She was 93 years old. Beloved wife of the late Edward Miller Jr. of 56 years. Loving mother of Steven A. Miller Sr. (Lillian) and Judy F. Roesel (the late Carl H. Roesel Jr.). Grandmother of Stacey Cheney (Eric), Carl Christopher Roesel (Caroline), Rebecca Marie Roesel, Jeffery Roesel (Susan), Laurie Wisdom (Jason), and the late Steven A. Miller Jr. Great-grandmother of Hannah Cheney, Colleen Cheney, Evan Cheney, Joshua Cheney, and Elliana Cheney. Daughter of the late Emile and Anaise Richard. She was also preceded in death by one sister and five brothers. She was a native of Labadieville, and was a resident of Jefferson Parish for the majority of her life. She was a very active member of First Assembly of God Church in Metairie. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services from LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Tuesday morning, October 20, 2015 at 11:00. Visitation will begin at 9:00 in the morning. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park, New Orleans. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to First Assembly of God Church, 2001 Transcontinental Drive, Metairie, Louisiana 70001 are preferred.
