Mother of the late Catherine Arabie Payne.

Devoted grandmother of Deborah M. Dupeire, Kathy L. Bourg and John J. Payne Jr.

Proud great-grandmother of Paul D. Dupeire Jr., Brandon E. Dupeire, Jerry W. Wolfarth, Megan Payne and Daryl J. Payne.

Sister of Earnest Breaux.

Daughter of the late Eulalie Rollie and Ozeme Breaux.

Preceded in death by other brothers and sisters and survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Cheramie will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Aged 85 years, a native of Gaines, Louisiana and a resident of River Ridge, Louisiana for the past 54 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church 10021 Jefferson Hwy. River Ridge, on Friday July 22, 2011 at 12:00 noon.

Interment in Lakelawn Park Cemetery.
