Ruth Hoggatt Carter, age 94, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Howard P. Carter. Mother of Gena Carter Henriques. Mother-in-law of Walter F. Henriques. Grandmother of Lindsey Taylor Henriques. Daughter of the late Eugene Thomas Hoggatt and Lafletta Bankston Hoggatt. Sister of Christina H. Cranford, Freddie M. Hoggatt, Thomas N. Hoggatt and the late Lawrence W. Hoggatt, Eugene T. Hoggatt, Rosa H. Wade, Ruby H. Pino and Lafletta H. Day. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
