Sharon Naquin Guidroz

Sharon was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, mawmaw, aunt, and friend whose greatest joy in life was her family. She loved deeply and gave generously, always sharing her time, her heart, and whatever she had with those she loved. Her kindness, warmth, and selfless spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Francis Harold Guidroz.

She is survived by her devoted son, Shawn Guidroz; daughter-in-law, Susan; and her cherished grandchildren, Gerry, Claire, and Kate, who were the light of her life.

She also leaves behind her loving mother, Madeline Oncale Naquin; her sisters, Debra Van Slyke, Nancy Armond, Judy Danna, and Donna Alexander; and her brother, Michael Naquin (Lisa). Sharon is also survived by her faithful companion, Poncho, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her greatly.

More than anything, Sharon will be remembered for the love she gave so freely. Her legacy of generosity, compassion, and unwavering devotion to family will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

A Celebration of Life honoring Sharon's life will be held at a later date.
