I was so blessed to meet and develop a relationship with Anita, later in life. I am a Lackey descendant and got to visit with her and her family at the Lackey Reunion in Hiddenite NC. We often sat together and had great conversations. I will miss her greatly. Sending love and condolences to the family! - Stormy (Miller) Moses, granddaugther of Otie Mae Lackey (Miller).

To the family of Ms Fowler:
You and Ms Fowler did not know us But we saw her every week . She was the most kind , most gentle person we would see . She would always tell my wife and I " have a nice day" as we proceeded to leave Sam's. She will be remembered as "Good People" and my wife and I will miss her every week seeing her gentle smile.
