Stephen Joseph Rouquette, age 60, went to Heaven on Tuesday, February 3, 2015. Beloved husband of Stacy Pell Rouquette for 9 years. Father of Annabelle Grace Rouquette. Son of the late Jules Rouquette and Etha Wages Rouquette. Brother of Linda Rouquette. Son-in-law of John and Debbie Pell, Jr. Cousin of Ronnie and Vera Smith and many, many others. Brother-in-law of Craig and Jennifer Lingle and John Pell, III. Uncle of Jeff, Jonathan, Sherry, Chris, Brittany, Elijah, Lorelei and Cecelia. Stephen was co-founder of the Ugly Dog Saloon and Barbeque, was an employee of the Saenger Theater and Refreshment Solutions and was a member of Celebration Church. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial gathering at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Wednesday morning, February 11, 2015 beginning at 9:00 AM with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel. Interment will be private in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, St. Rose, LA.
