Thomas Joseph Ward passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 of complications from Covid-19. He was 66 years old. Beloved companion of Doris Kellum of 30 years. Loving step-father of David Kellum (Anne) and Marc Kellum (Nicole). Step-grandfather of Molly, Kate, Lexi, Hunter, and Gage. Brother of Sherry Maurin (Steve). Uncle of Stacey Wilton (Andrew). Great-uncle of Madison. Son of the late William J. Ward and Juanita Ward. Tommy was a native of New Orleans and resident of Jefferson. He graduated from Redemptorist High School, and worked for both Manny’s and Guillot’s Sanitary Supplies for many years. He was a longtime member of the Lions Club, and was an avid golfer and Tulane Green Wave fan. Tommy never met a stranger, and never had a shortage of friends. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be said for Tommy on Saturday morning, January 30, 2021 at 11:00. Friends and relatives are encouraged to join via Facebook live.
