Veronica Marie Billiot

Veronica Marie Billiot, age 59, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 20, 2021. Beloved mother of Jessica Andras (Wayne), Daniel K. Caple, Jr. (Cindy) and Brooke Rojas (Kerry). Grandmother of Ashlyn Rose, Aiden Daniel, Daniel Keith, Easton Luis, Parker Jane and Paxton James. Daughter of Sylvia Roberts Sellers and the late Victor Martin Billiot. Sister of Sandra Simpson and Linda Billiot. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives and her loving dedicated work family. Veronica was an employee of Patrician Management at Belle Chasse Naval Air Station since 2007 and was the owner and broker of Billiot Real Estate LLC. She was a woman of great faith who loved her Lord and Savior Jesus and was a member of Celebration Church. She lived her life for her children and grandchildren. They were her world. Her grandchildren affectionately called her Maw Maw and Hunnie. Veronica enjoyed gardening, fishing, vacationing with her family, cooking (she was a fantastic cook), Maw Maw sleepovers and Maw Maw breakfasts. She was a very kind hearted, generous, loving and selfless person who will be greatly missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Celebration Church, 2001 Airline Drive in Metairie on Saturday, March 6, 2021 beginning at 9:00 AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Masks are mandatory when attending services. Interment will be in Westlawn Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
