Wanda Muriell Noble

Wanda Muriell Lemoine Noble was called to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on March 14, 2024. Wanda was born on February 21, 1940, in Plaucheville, LA and resided in Jefferson City, Tennessee at the time of her transition into heaven. She was a 1958 graduate of the L.E. Rabouin Vocational High School in New Orleans, LA. Wanda worked as a secretary until her retirement from Argo Marine.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lumay and Edine Lemoine, sibling, Beverly Lemoine Angelona and husband, Arthur MacAllister Noble.

Wanda is survived by her children, Rhonda Noble McNish (David) and Gregory Noble (Caroline), grandchildren, Gregory Noble Jr. (Keranis), David I. McNish (Jacqueline), Rebecca McNish Holtane (Eric), and Mona Lisa Noble, great-grandchildren, Audrielle Noble and Anaya Noble, sister, Sandra Lemoine Harkreader (Jim), brother, Calvin Lemoine (Dawn) and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Wanda’s greatest joy and happiness came from spending time with her children, grandchildren, and siblings. Her fur babies Alice, Missy, and Munchkin brought her much pleasure and companionship throughout the years. Wanda was a formidable Scrabble player, well accomplished crafter/painter and treasured her time garage sale shopping with her children and sisters.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024, at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home 4747 Veterans Blvd, Metairie, LA. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with a Mass to begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Lake Lawn Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA.
