William A Wiss Jr.

William Arthur Wiss, Jr. entered into eternal rest surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 1, 2013. Beloved husband of Teresa Bennett Wiss. Father of William A. Wiss III and wife Christy, Jamie Wiss Theriot and husband Brian, and Jeffrey J. Wiss and wife Kristen. Grandfather of William A. Wiss IV, Reid Wiss, Brison Theriot, and “Baby” Theriot. Survived by his brother, Barry Wiss and wife Kim, sister-in-law Linda Parks and husband Ralph, and sister Cindy Wiss Kelly. He was Preceded in death by his mother Ruby Duet Wiss and father William A. Wiss Sr. William was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather who treasured his family dearly. William served in the U.S. Navy Seabees. William resided in Kenner and was the owner of Southern States Plumbing, Inc. He will be greatly missed by all of his family members and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA, on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Chapel of Peace Mausoleum. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM.
