Zachary O'Hara

Zachary O’Hara, age 24, left us on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. Beloved and devoted son of Robert and Jacquelyn O’Hara. Brother of Dustin Cosgrove and Erin O’Hara. Loving uncle of Dylan Cosgrove and Mia Meyer. Grandson of Margaret O’Hara, Patricia Jenkins and the late James O’Hara and Bud Jenkins. Loved nephew of Teresa and Kurt Matthews, Rory, Michael, Karen and Dennis O’Hara. Also survived by numerous cousins, other family, friends and his two adored pups, Jaxx and Bella.

Zach was one of a kind. His loving, caring, generous personality was larger than life. His smile would light up a room.Within moments of meeting him he had you smiling & laughing. When he wasn’t making jokes on land, he was cracking them on the water. Zach lived and breathed for fishing, he loved the outdoors. He was "The Boss" of solar systems and was the right hand man at Linear Solar. He loved and enjoyed the work he did.

He will be sadly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Zach’s life at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd. in Metairie on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
