

Aracely Modesta Lleonart, a beloved wife, sister, and aunt, passed away on August 9, 2024, at the age of 84 after a courageous battle with illness. Born on June 22, 1940, Aracely was a woman of great strength and character, who lived a life full of love, adventure, and dedication to her family, faith, and career. Her passing came just 13 days after the death of her beloved husband, Luis Marino Lleonart.
A devout member of the Catholic Church, Aracely’s faith was a cornerstone of her life. Her deep religious beliefs guided her actions and provided her with comfort and strength throughout her life.
Though Aracely was not able to have children of her own, she was a cherished figure in the lives of her many nieces and nephews, who viewed her as a second mother. Her nurturing and loving spirit made her a central figure in her extended family.
Aracely was college-educated and played a crucial role in the success of Lleonart & Associates, an accounting firm she helped lead alongside her husband for over 38 years in Miami, Florida. Her commitment and leadership were instrumental in shaping the firm’s legacy.
Aracely had a deep appreciation for the arts, often attending theater performances, concerts, and art exhibitions. She also found joy in expressing her own sense of style, reflected in her love for fashion. Aracely had a keen eye for elegant and sophisticated attire, and she enjoyed keeping up with the latest trends, always looking impeccably dressed. She had a particular love for cinema and cherished her time spent going to the movies. Her passion for fashion and film was another form of art for her, a way to express her creativity and individuality.
She had a passion for traveling the world with her husband, embracing the beauty and diversity of different cultures. Aracely enjoyed many things in life, such as gourmet food, fine wines, and cherished moments spent with family and friends.
Aracely is survived by her sister, Maria Vazquez, and her brother, Hector Vazquez. She is also remembered by her stepson and daughter-in-law, Luis Felipe and Leesdy Lleonart, and her grandchildren, Luna (14) and Lucas (5) Lleonart. She is also remembered by her sisters-in-law, Sila Lleonart, Mercedes Lleonart, and Magaly Lleonart. Her memory lives on in the hearts of her nephews and nieces: Gerald & Lilia Lleonart, Jorge & Maria Lleonart, Rodolfo Lleonart, Orestes Lleonart Jr., Martin Mora Lleonart, Ariadna Rivero, Luis & Monica Rivero, Hector & Ana Pamela Rebolledo, Jose Vazquez, Marta Vazquez, Jorge E. Vazquez, Elaine Vazquez, and Elier Vazquez, as well as fourteen grand nephews and nieces, and five great nephews and nieces.
Aracely was predeceased by her parents, Enrique Vazquez and Juan M. Leonard, her brother, Enrique Vazquez, and her husband, Luis Marino Lleonart.
A visitation for Aracely will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135. Following the visitation, a burial will occur at 12:30 PM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn Park North, 3260 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135.
Aracely Modesta Lleonart will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love, faith, dedication, and adventure will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
