Claudia “Ivette” Valle was born in La Ceiba, Honduras on June 20, 1982 and passed away in Miami, Florida on June 11, 2020 peacefully in her sleep. Ivette grew up in Gainesville, FL before moving to Miami where she graduated from Florida International University in 2016 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. She moved to Massachusetts where she completed her research internship in the Cardiovascular department at Harvard Medical School.
She worked as a scientist and engineer at Abbvie Bioresearch Center and Bristol Meyers Squibb in MA before moving back to Florida as a research project manager at Interlab Corp, and most recently Quality Lab and Compliance Manager for Welwaze Medical.
Her passion for her work energized her, yet she still found time to pursue creative endeavors such as starting her own jewelry business, Glamorous by V. Even with the demands of a busy schedule, she was always there when anyone needed her. She always found the time to listen, give advice, or help others pursue their own passions in the most genuine manner.
Her laugh was contagious and her sense of humor was like none other. She loved life and was fortunate to be able to travel the world while touching so many lives along the way. She made so many people happy just by being herself. Ivette didn’t just have friends, she only had “best friends,” her family meant the world to her, and her faith in God was immense. She truly lived her faith and her values everyday and we know she’ll continue to do so as she peacefully rests in Heaven.
She is survived by her parents Guillermo Valle Aguilar and Alba Rosa Valle Mejia; her sister Michelle Valle Musil and husband Martin Musil, her niece Gabriela Ivette Musil; and her brother Guillermo Valle and his girlfriend Jaime Allenbaugh.
