Consuelo Guzman Norris

1939-2025

Miami, Florida – Consuelo Guzmán Norris, madre dedicada, hija amada y querida amiga, falleció en la tarde del 4 de diciembre de 2025 a los 86 años de edad. Nacida el 13 de noviembre de 1939 en la Isla de Ometepe, Rivas, Nicaragua, era hija de Froylán González y Enriqueta Guzmán.

A los 12 años, Consuelo llegó a conocer a Jesucristo como su Señor y Salvador, un momento que transformó su vida y la encaminó en una senda de fe y servicio que duraría toda su vida. Guiada por su profundo amor por Dios, y en su deseo de ayudar a otros siguió el llamado a la enfermería, donde dedicó más de 25 años a cuidar de otros con compasión, dignidad y una entrega inquebrantable.

Consuelo fue una fiel y verdadera seguidora de Cristo. Su fe moldeó cada parte de su vida, y se aseguró de que su tiempo en la tierra fuera dedicado a compartir la palabra de Dios con todos aquellos que encontraba. Vivió sus creencias con humildad y las defendio con una clara y fuerte convicción, ofreciendo oración, ánimo y guía espiritual a familiares, amigos y desconocidos por igual. Su dedicación a la obra de Dios continuó fielmente hasta que ya no pudo más, dejando un legado de fe inquebrantable y amor cristiano.

La vida de Consuelo estuvo marcada por su deseo de servir a Dios sirviendo a otros, a su familia, a su comunidad. Ya fuera mediante actos de bondad, palabras de consuelo o su ejemplo constante, encarnó la compasión y generosidad de su fe. Sus días estuvieron llenos de propósito, y asumió cada responsabilidad con gracia, gratitud y un corazón anclado en Cristo.

A Consuelo le sobreviven sus cuatro hijos: Abdiel, Danna, Imna y Eliab; sus hermanas Esperanza, Salvadora, Maritza, Nubia y Gloria, y su hermano Alejandro. También le sobreviven 14 nietos, y 17 bisnietos, además de otros familiares y amigos.

Los servicios conmemorativos incluyen una visita el 13 de diciembre, de 10:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m., en Caballero Rivero Westchester localizada en el 8200 Bird Road, Miami, Florida, 33155. Seguido sera el sepelio que se llevará a cabo en Southern Memorial Park localizado en 15000 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, Florida, 33181.

Miami, Florida – Consuelo Guzmán Norris, a dedicated mother, beloved daughter and dear friend, passed away on the afternoon of December 4, 2025 at the age of 86. Born on November 13, 1939 on the Island of Ometepe, Rivas, Nicaragua, she was the daughter of Froylán González and Enriqueta Guzmán.

At age 12, Consuelo came to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, a moment that transformed her life and set her on a path of faith and service that would last her entire life. Guided by her deep love for

God, and in her desire to help others, she followed the call to nursing, where she dedicated more than 25 years to caring for others with compassion, dignity, and unwavering dedication.

Consuelo was a faithful and true follower of Christ. Her faith shaped every part of her life, and she made sure that her time on earth was dedicated to sharing God's word with everyone she encountered. She lived her beliefs humbly and defended them with clear and strong conviction, offering prayer, encouragement, and spiritual guidance to family, friends, and strangers alike. Her dedication to God's work continued faithfully until she could take it no further, leaving a legacy of unwavering faith and Christian love.

Consuelo's life was marked by her desire to serve God by serving others, her family, her community. Whether through acts of kindness, words of comfort, or her constant example, she embodied the compassion and generosity of her faith. Her days were filled with purpose, and she took on every responsibility with grace, gratitude, and a heart anchored in Christ.

Consuelo is survived by her four children: Abdiel, Danna, Imna and Eliab; her sisters Esperanza, Salvadora, Maritza, Nubia and Gloria, and her brother Alejandro. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, as well as other family members and friends.

Memorial services include a visit on December 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Caballero Rivero Westchester located at 8200 Bird Road, Miami, Florida, 33155., followed by the burial that will take place at Southern Memorial Park located at 15000 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, Florida, 33181.
