Edimson will be remembered as a beloved presence whose steady courage met life with quiet strength. In the ways he showed up for others—with compassion, patience, and a calm willingness to listen—he offered something rare and lasting: the reassurance that no one had to face hard moments alone. His example carried an unmistakable inspiration, not through grand claims, but through the consistent dignity and care with which he lived.
He also found joy in the simple, familiar rhythms of sport, following football and basketball with the kind of loyal enthusiasm that brought people together and made ordinary days feel shared and bright.
Edimson is survived by his sisters, Marta Sanchez, Maria Jimenez, Evelyn Aldarondo; his brothers-in-law, Edgardo Sanchez, Jose Jimenez; his sister-in-law, Rosita Aldarondo; his brother, Emanuel Aldarondo; his grandchildren, Star Marie James and Skye Marie James; his son, Mark James; and several nieces and nephews.
