He had a huge heart, and above all loyal to those he loved. He was dignified and knowledgeable in many of life’s survival skills, being a refugee and a Cuban military veteran comes with many challenges, but he always managed to come out ahead. Sharp and fearless, he taught us a man is only worth a moment in his own time. He was a true gipsy and dreamer, a walking history script of wild stories and endless adventures. He could make us laugh for hours and hours, a talent he probably wasn’t even aware of. There will only ever be ONE uncle Rique’ may he rest in heaven with his beloved parents and siblings…
He is survived by two brothers, nieces and nephews, and countless family who loved him dearly.
