Fernando is survived by his esposa, Norma Godoy; hijo Javier Diaz; madre Daysi Diaz; hermano Jorge Diaz and hermano Eduardo Diaz; sobrino Gabriel, sobrina Maylin, sobrina Yanisladys, sobrino Eduardo and sobrina Elizabeth Godoy.
