Frank Luciano Garcia, age 85, of Palmetto Bay, Florida passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Frank was born in Havana, Havana, Cuba.

Frank is survived by his spouse, Mina Garcia; his daughter Johanna Hernandez; his sons Frank Garcia Jr Javier Cano.

A funeral service for Frank will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at St. Agatha 1111 SW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33174, followed by a committal service at Our Lady Of Mercy Cemetery at 1:30 PM.
