I remembered this weekend when I heard the news that Herbie left us how saddened I was. He was such a great and amazing friend and neighbor.  His kindness was infectious.   Miss you Pappi..

Herbie , Michelle and family. We feel for your loss of your Dad. My pictures of him are always with a smile walking  his dogs with such a big smile . He was gracious to everyone , a. classy dresser with the  manners  of a gentleman. 
We saw the care for him and deep respect. He knows he was loved . I hope his memory keeps him alive in your hearts .

84 years of  age
Lived at Plantation, Florida, 
Passed away on May 26, 2024. 
He was born on December 16, 1939, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He was the youngest son of Ismael Negron and Marina Figueroa.

Herbert was a loving husband to Gloria Maria Ramos Rosa. They were married for 62 years.

Our loving Dad had a passion for dancing and music.
His favorite artist was Otis Redding.
He loved dancing Salsa every opportunity he got.
He also enjoyed watching cartoons, his favorite was   Mighty Mouse.
Dad had a collection of over 200 DVD's, of which he enjoyed watching each and every one of them.

We will miss Dad's smile, witty sense of humor, and his  love for life.
Herbert  will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
May he rest in peace in the heavenly arms of Jesus Christ, our lord.

We have only been neighbors for 1 year and it felt like we knew Herbie forever. He always had a kind word and a funny joke to share about his life experiences.  We spent some Friday evenings with him having wine and sharing 💕 fond memories of our families.  Playing music and eating cheese. What I loved about him was his ability to pick up on ones feelings he never missed a beat when my mom was passing.  He would stop by and give me an extra donut. I would leave my door open just to say hello when he walks by. He will truly be missed. He was a great friend and neighbor.

You have always treated me as part of the family.  You were so loved and brought so much happiness to others.  I will miss your smile and especially your sense of humor.
