Humberto Lazaro Perez Del Forn, age 77, of Miami, Florida passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022. Humberto was born March 7, 1945 to Evangelina Del Forn and Delfin Perez Balboa.

Humberto was preceded in death by his father Delfin Perez Balboa and his mother Evangelina Del Forn.

A visitation for Humberto will be held Thursday, June 2, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM PM at Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135. A committal service will occur Friday, June 3, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Flagler Memorial Park, 5301 W. Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33134.
