Juan A. Manfrediz was born in Santiago de Cuba July 12th 1951. He was the only child of Antonio Manfrediz and Carmela Echemendia. His two children, Johnnie and Tanya Manfrediz, survive him.
He was a spiritual man who loved adventures, cross-country trips, music, dancing, engaging in great conversations and big warm hugs. He loved helping others and was always very giving - a most admirable quality.
He loved to live on his terms, floating from place to place and making new friends. He had many identities and lives: he was a hippy, a gipsy, a biker, an amazing father and an all around lover of life. There was never a dull moment with him. He loved traveling; exploring and daring his children to always try new things. He enjoyed capturing moments in pictures and was secretly an amazing photographer. He was a simple man; loved his two children Johnnie and Tanya more than anything in the world - and he would tell you that - he was very proud to share that or anything else about himself.
His spirit has been released and is now exploring the universe.
Instead of flowers, he would have wanted you to do an unexpected act of kindness to someone less fortunate or simply send a donation to Big brothers Big Sisters as he himself had a “little brother” he cared for. We welcome all that knew him to join us in a simple celebration honoring his life.
